The horn on my 2017 1.6 HDI Partner has stopped working, apart from very intermittently. I've had the steering wheel off and it appears to have a love feed of 5V and the connection against earth. The fuse is ok.

If the horn on your Peugeot 307 (2001 to 2008 model) is only working intermittently or not working at all, it could be a problem with the earth wire from the.. Ball Joint. Steering Gaiter not secured. Horn not working. So the Ball Joint and Gaiter turned out to be standard fixes. Friend of a friend done both of these fitted and supplied for £95. Unfortunately the horn isn't working. He disconnected it, checked and cleaned the points etc. Put 12v power through the horn and it was working.
